The Request ID is located on the request letter or the barcode. The RQID field is a case sensitive field. The entered RQID must be an exact match for the search to be successful.

If the response was submitted as part of a bulk upload (such as Send Grouped Response or Send Report(s) with Scanned Signature) this search will not return the desired results.

Note: If the user is doing a Request ID (RQID) search, the other search options will not be available for the duration of that search.
