Purpose: To discuss Panel's Annual Report to the President and Congress.

The Annual Report to President and Congress

  • Marie Strahan gave a brief outline of the proposed sections for the annual report.

Motion: A motion was passed to request from Congress that they create a structural change among required partners of the Ticket to Work Act.

Motion: A motion was passed to include a statement in the Annual Report regarding the interim report that the panel had initially requested and has yet to receive.

Motion: A motion was passed to include language regarding expedited reinstatement in the "Emerging issues" section, and not in the "Recommendations" section of the Annual Report.

Review and discuss draft agenda for February meeting

  • Marie Strahan reviewed the agenda for the February 10-12, 2004 in Orlando, Florida.

The teleconference was adjourned at approximately 3:00 pm.
