By calling 1-800-772-1213, you can use our automated telephone services to get recorded information and conduct some business 24 hours a day.

If you can't handle your business through our automated services, you can speak to a representative between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. Monday through Friday:

Use our Social Security Office Locator to find your local office. For Social Security cards or numbers, people who live or receive mail in Las Vegas, NV, the Phoenix, AZ Metropolitan Area, and Sacramento County , CA must apply in person at a Social Security Card Center instead of at a local office.  The closest card centers are at:
