Just go to www.socialsecurity.gov and help your loved one fill out an easy-to-use online application. Or call Social Security toll-free at 1-800-772-1213 to apply over the phone. Give someone you love something special:  The piece of mind that comes with knowing extra help is available with prescription drug costs.  Then go one step further – help them apply.  There is no better way to show how much you care.
