This bar chart shows "index scores" for the "very satisfied" ratings for the two basic forms of information (statistical tables and analytical articles). The index scores are simply arithmetic averages of all seven ratings (accuracy, clarity, etc.) for each of the two forms. An index score for the two forms combined is also presented. For statistical tables, an average of 43.3 percent of customers were very satisfied across the seven aspects, and for analytical articles an average of 36.9 percent were very satisfied. For the two forms combined, the average number of very satisfied customers was 40.1 percent.
