This bar chart shows the percent of customers who had received research, statistical, or policy information in various ways: 89.3 percent got the information from published or hard copy materials; 66.7 percent from SSA's Web sites; 43.8 percent from SSA staff by telephone or fax; 36.9 percent through briefings or presentations by SSA staff; 25.3 percent from SSA's "E-news" newsletter; and 6.5 percent got information in "other" ways.
