This bar chart shows the percent "very satisfied" with the overall quality of SSA's information (Question 19) by work affiliation: 68.4 percent of those with no work affiliation were very satisfied; 48.4 percent of those in private research or policy organizations; 42.9 percent of those in business or industry; 40.6 percent of those with advocacy groups; 40.0 percent of those with professional associations; 39.1 percent of those in universities or colleges; 35.2 percent of those with the Federal government; 32.4 percent of those with State or local governments; 30.8 percent of those in Congressional agencies; and 22.2 percent of those in nonprofit service organizations.
