Fiscal Year Report on Acquisitions Made from Foreign Manufacturers
Title 41 of the United States Code, Section 8302(b)(1) required reports to Congress through fiscal year (FY) 2011 on the acquisition of end products manufactured outside the United States. This requirement expired and a report to Congress is no longer required. Federal Acquisition Case 2013-008, Deletion of Report to Congress on Foreign-Manufactured Products, eliminates the obsolete reporting requirement located at Federal Acquisition Regulation Section 25.004, "Reporting of acquisition of end products manufactured outside the United States". Therefore, the Social Security Administration's reports conclude with FY 2011.
