Number: 111- 20 The President Signs H.R. 3325,
“WIPA and PABSS Reauthorization Act of 2009” (P.L. 111-63) On September 18, 2009, the President signed into law H.R. 3325, the “WIPA and PABSS Reauthorization Act of 2009" which became Public Law 111-63. This legislation extends, through fiscal year 2010, funding authorization for the Work Incentives Planning and Assistance program and the Protection and Advocacy for Beneficiaries of Social Security program. The bill does not include any other provisions. See Legislative Bulletins 111-18 regarding House passage, and 111-19 describing Senate passage of the bill.
