Number: 111-9 President Signs P.L. 111-3, the
“Children's Health Insurance Program Reauthorization Act of 2009” On February 4, 2009, President Obama signed into law H.R. 2, the "Children's Health Insurance Program Reauthorization Act of 2009" and it has been assigned Public Law Number 111-3.
