Disability Policy Conferences

Endocrine Disorders  
On November 17, 2005, the Office of Retirement and Disability Programs sponsored a one-day policy conference, “Endocrine Disorders in the Disability Programs,” in Atlanta, Georgia.  The purpose of the conference was to receive expert opinions regarding how we currently evaluate claims involving endocrine disorders, whether and how our standards can be updated, and how the overall decision process can be improved.
