We do not require State mental institutions that participate in our onsite review program to complete the annual report form.
We monitor participating State mental institutions through a process we call onsite review.
We review each participating institution at least once every three years. However, if we find an institution is not performing its representative payee duties satisfactorily, we may review it more often.
