Background

As part of a comprehensive reorganization of Hearings, Appeals and Litigation Law (HALLEX) manual Volume I, Division 3, this transmittal amends HALLEX chapter I-3-1 relocating several sections to other locations within the Division.

Explanation of Content and Changes

We made changes as follows:

I-3-1-5 – We moved the content previously in this section to I-3-3-15 and completely removed this section.

I-3-1-30 – We moved the content previously in this section to I-3-6-5 and completely removed this section.

I-3-1-40 – We moved the content previously in this section to I-3-6-10 and completely removed this section.

I-3-1-75 – We moved the content previously in this section to I-3-8-15 and completely removed this section.
