When initially processing a supplemental review of a pending court case, the Court Case Preparation and Review Branch (CCPRB) support staff will:
Associate any new materials with a copy of the CAR or the claim file (CF) of the pending court case.
Enter the appropriate coding information into Litigation Overview Tracking System (LOTS) and if appropriate Office of Hearings and Appeals Case Control System (OHACCS).
Follow the CCPRB Chief's or Operations Supervisor's (OS's) instructions concerning the assignment of the case to an analyst.
